WAIUG Individual Membership Form

The WAIUG individual membership fee is $20.00. Please make your check payable to WAIUG. Paid members will receive four newsletters and all membership announcements and mailings. Corporate memberships are available for $200.00. This allows a company sign up to 12 individuals and to be invoiced for the membership fee.
