IT Consulting Firm seeks Senior Informix DBA to
assist in a migration project. The qualified candidate will be responsible for
porting software from a SQL database to an Informix database. The initial
assignment will last 3 months, but there is a high probability that it will be
longer. The qualified candidate should have at least 5 years experience as an
Informix DBA. He/she must understand ODBC and know how a programmer would
connect to Informix. There is a significant amount of client interaction so
communication and presentation skills must be very good. Rate will be based on
