Carlton Doe - IBM - and Famous Informix Author will speak on the new features of Informix Dynamic Server (IDS) 11.5 and how they can benefit you. If you bring a copy of Carlton's book, he will autograph it for you, or you can buy it at Amazon and bring it with you. Check out the book!!
Gayathri Srinivasan - IBM - will present the Informix Roadmap for all Informix products for now and into the future. Gayathri comes to us from the IBM Informix Lenexa Development Lab. We all know Jerry Keesee, the Director of the Informix Development Lab, and Gayathri is as you say it "Heartbeat away from Jerry" and is the Senior Product Manager for Informix Development. She is a great speaker, and we are real lucky to have her come to Boston.
Gary Proctor - IBM - is part of the WorldWide dedicated Informix Sales team and used to be part of the Devlopment Staff and the Marketing staff. He will talk about the Sales and Marketing of Informix Products
Scott Pickett - IBM - OK we all know Scott as he is local to us in Boston. Scott will talk about "How To Upgrade to Informix Dynamic Server 11.5" and how easy it is. He will give you his special tips and tricks that he has learned from travelling the world.
Cindy Lichtenauer - IIUG - will talk about the upcoming 2009 IIUG Informix Conference in Overland Park, KS in April. Last year's event was a sellout, and this year registration is ahead of last year. There will be over 80 Informix sessions so check out the conference details
Registration is free, but space is limited due to the size of the conference room. Scheduled start will be at 8:30AM, and we will have a small continental breakfast with the first presentation kicking off around 9AM and run thru early afternoon with lunch served. You must register as we need to plan for food!
