Membership in the IIUG is open to everyone within the Informix User Community, including end-users, vendors, and employees of IBM. Currently (and since January 1996) the membership is free of charge. We do however reserve the right to charge for membership in the future. Please fill out the form as completely as possible. We use the Internet whenever we can, so please supply your e-mail address if you have one.
The IIUG maintains its membership records using a list of country codes based on the ISO 3166 Standard. Indicate your country in the scroll list on the form by clicking on its name causing it to be highlighted. If your country is not in the list, select "Not Listed" in the form and enter your country in the form's Comments section.
There is also a scroll list to indicate the Local or Regional Informix user group to which you belong. If you are not in a local group, select "None". If you are in a group that is not listed, select "Not Listed" and put its name in the Comments section.
The IIUG may occasionally participate in a controlled manner with its sponsors or other vendors to send out information that we think members will find of interest. If you do not want to receive such information, uncheck the "Receive Mailings" box on the form. We do not release member information to third parties.
When your click the "Submit" button on the form, your information will be entered immediately in our membership database. Your IIUG Member Number will be reported back to you on the response page. Please make a note of your Member Number since you may need to supply it to receive certain membership benefits such as discounts, etc. After one of the IIUG staff has reviewed your entry, the application process will be complete.
