From my limited experience with HDR I have seen this several times.
Sometime all you have to do in run onmode -O to not force, but OVERRIDE a
blocked checkpoint.

And sometime if in onmonitor all you have to do is exit and reenter to
refresh the status - have seen both work.

Simple things to try first anyway.

i have a checklist for copieing Database P01 to Database T01. It works
always properly, but i have it only in german.
I hope i can help you.

checklist:

Vorbereitende Massnahmen für den DB-Restore auf dem System T01:

1. Partitionierung der Laufwerke H, S (verkleinern) und T
(vergrössern) analog System P01

2. Verzeichnisstruktur (LWB\Informix\P01\ sapdata\chunk-name)
analog System P01 anlegen

3. evtl. Chunk-Layout analog P01 anpassen; d.h. DELETE CHUNK bzw.
ADD CHUNK

4. Informix Env.: C:\Informix\T01\wdnr3p01t01tcp.cmd
5. Informix Config File (onconfig.wdnr3p01.t01) anpassen:
ROOTPATH wie in P01 (Laufwerk und Pfad)
ALARMPROGRAMM ausschalten (ist in Config beschrieben)
RESTARTABLE_RESTORE on (Garantiert Restartmöglichkeit bei
Abbruch)
Files ixbar.0 und oncfg_wdnr3d00p01tcp.0 von P01 nach T01 kopieren und
anschliessend rename oncfg_wdnr3d00p01tcp.0 in oncfg_wdnr3p01t01tcp.0

Start des Restore und Nacharbeiten bei erfoglreichem Ende des
DB-Restore:

1. Restore der Datenbank mit onbar
- Physical Restore ( onbar -r -p ) --> 35 Std. Laufzeit
- Logical Restore ( onbar -r -n xxxxxx -l ) --> 10 Std. Laufzeit für
86 Logs (40 MB)
wobei xxxxxx das letzte zu verarbeitende Logfile angibt !

2. Inhalt von File ixbar.0 löschen
File oncfg_wdnr3p01t01tcp.0 anpassen; d. h. Pfadname P01 in T01 ändern
Config-File onconfig.wdnr3p01.t01 alten Zustand wieder herstellen
File WDNR3P01T01TCP.CMD wieder herstellen

3. Unterverzeichnisse P01 mit Explorer in T01 ändern

4. Chunknamen mit SAP-Tool -tbmvchunk- angepasst
SAPDBA 4.6B+ beinhaltet dieses Tool !

5 Service ONINIT starten

6 DBACCESS (als INFORMIX-User) wdnr3p01t01tcp ->
> grant connect to T01ADM
> grant select on sapuser to T01ADM as P01ADM

6. DBACCESS (als INFORMIX-User) wdnr3p01t01tcp ->
> rename database P01 to T01

7. SAP-Lizens für T01 einspielen
> set dbms_type=inf
> saplicense -install (G:\usr\sap\T01\sys\exe\run)

8. Auf Filesystem die System- und Job-Logs löschen

9. Verzeichnisse für R/3 Arbeitsbereiche mit Explorer anlegen:
DIR_PAGING, DIR_ROLL, DIR_REORG, DIR_SORTTMP

10. Weitere Vorgehensweise gemäss "Nacharbeiten nach einer
R/3-Systemkopie"

11. System T01 in Transportdomäne wieder aufnehmen bzw. aktivieren:
Transaktion STMS in T01 aufrufen
Transportwege anzeigen
Konfiguration mit Controller (R01) abgleichen
