Good morning!

I had an issue within Redbrick where the log files showed a damaged
segment. I ran the commands to check if the segment in question was
'intact'; then ran the 'ALTER SEGMENT VERIFY' command, which showed the
segment was indeed 'intact'. After some investigation, I have found no
direct reasons why this would occur.

My question: What are some of the internal causes/reasons that
Redbrick would show a segment damaged; when, in fact, it is not?
I would appreciate any and all feedback.

Thanks!
