OAT 2.20 - Windows Installer problem?

Hi,

I have just tried to install OAT 2.20 on IDS11.10 machine running on Windows Server 2003 sp2.

It gets to a point in the install where it complains about iconnect 2.90 being present, saying it can't use it and to uninstall it before trying to run the installer again.

I also have iconnect 3.00 installed but it doesn't try to use that.
The environment points to version 3.

I need version 2.90 present for the ISM GUI (circa ids7.30) that we run, as the Windows version of IDS has no way to monitor backups! -Not being able to see what your backups are doing is not quickly resolved as it is apparently a "feature request", not a "defect" :-((
Anyway, this old ism gui product won't run with the later versions of iconnect.

Is there a way to run the installer such that it can look for good versions of iconnect, and ignore the fact there is an old one present?

Or, does this version of OAT include new functionality to see what state your backups are in (eg. waiting for tape, tape full, error, running, unmounted, etc...)? We use onbar in case it's relevant.
