Hi Erika,
I have tried the 'OAT using XAMPP on Windows' following the directions in the article. At step 6 it seems to stop working.
6. Start the Apache Webserver.
1. Verify INFORMIXDIR is set to the Informix Connect or CSDK directory.
2. Run c:\xampp\xampp-control.exe.
3. Start the Apache Webserver.
I've tried setting informixdir to connect or to csdk folders (both are installed) but when starting the apache web server it can not find ICLIT09B.DLL (which is present in the 'bin' folders under the set informixdir) and then pdo_informix module is not found.
I tried using short names for informixdir in case it was not handling spaces in the folder name but that didn't help.
Any ideas?
Does changing informixdir on the server affect the ids installation - before now it always pointed to the folder where IDS is installed?
Also when xampp-control.exe starts it says:
Current Directory: c:\xampp
Install Directory:
*** WARING: Directory mismatch ***
Status Check OK
Is that warning anything to worry about?
I'm willing to persevere with this as Open Admin looks better than ISA (and I can't now run that anyway) - I just don't know where to go to sort out it's issues. Can you help?
