More Changes to web-based forums due to feedback

In Response To: Changes to web-based forums due to feedback (Pete Perez)

1. Message numbers now appear at the end of the "Subject: " line in email messages. This fixes a message sorting problem in email client applications, where it was impossible to sort by subject because the message numbers came first on the subject line.

2. Changed the default message "list style" on the web site to "By Threads", which will arrange the index of messages by theads, with responses indented below their parent messages.

Changed the default "Sort Order" to "Mixed Order", which arranges primary messages with the newest at the top, thus tending to keep newer threads toward the top of the page, but arranges responses with the newest at the bottom, thus preserving a more "intuitive" threading structure.

These defaults can be set to individual preferences under the "Set Preferences" menu.
