You only use c4gl to compile to a native executable. What you have will
allow compilation down to pseudo-code that requires a runner. Try:

fglpc yourfile.4gl

then, once you've sorted any compile errors

fglgo yourfile.4go

Compile errors get written to a .err file, do not edit this file to fix your
changes! Make your changes in the .4gl file. However, if you invoke r4gl and
do your compiling through that, it will allow you to correct the .err file
and patch the fixes into the .4gl for you.

Sounds like you may need to RTFM as well.
