Thanks for your suggestion.
Now i have reinitialize the engine and then rebuild the structure as we had earlier.
When we run our automated tool again it crashed in informix instance but then we run another tool on the server and it was running for sometime and then crashed the instance and when i have checked the online.log i found the below error:

Now it is showing a few chunks are corrupted.
The chunks are created on NFS mounted partition that are having Fiber disks.
Please suggest that what could be the cause of this kind a error. Earlier the server was running fine since the last 2 years. We have not faced this kind a problem earlier.

Kindly let me know if you require further information.
Please suggest as i am not able to resolve the issue.
