Hola Juan Pablo:
Primero ejecuta un
onstat -g sql <session id> por ejemplo con los datos que mandaste
onstat -g sql 4960770
Eso te dice que sentencia esta ejecutando exactamente.
Si es un select sabes que tabla o tablas le cuesta leer.
onstat -g ses 4960770 te da información de la session que estas consulando.
Lo otro que podes hacer identificado el proceso o usuario, si tenes acceso al código o si es un sql
podes utilizar el
set explain on;
Justo antes de ejecutar la sentencia o grupo de sentencias.
Esto manda a un archivo sqlexplain.out en la carpeta de instalación de informix.
Alli te dara información de costo que insume el optimizador para resolver las sentencias.

Hola amigos de la lista:
En la empresa, cuando ejecutan un procesoX, el impacto se da en todas las
demas aplicaciones que son soportados por el servidor de bases de datos
(SBD). No tengo mucha referencia con respecto a lo siguiente:
1. Como determinar que proceso exactamente esta consumiendo recursos del SBD
e impactando en la performance.
2. Si el proceso esta siendo ejecutado, que comandos puede ejecutar para
monitorearlo y para ayudar a optimizar la performance del mismo
Del procesoX que esta ejecutandose e impacta en el SBD, les envio la
siguiente informacion para que me puedan orientar:
