Yes. The only caviats are the obvious loss of transactions since the archive
was started and to take care that after answering 'N'o you bring the engine to
full ONLINE mode with onmode -m and wait for the engine to report that fast
recovery is complete before shutting it down and restarting in 'normal' mode.
If you do not do this all of the dbspaces and chunks will be marked with a
status 'I' inconsistent. BTW why are you assuming the logs will not be
available? Your log backups should be going offsite just like your level 0, 1,
&2 archives.
