Dear CJ,

I'm not convinced this is the best mailing list for this question - it
probably belongs on the ids@iiug.org mailing list instead.

Have you looked at the full ACL (all the permissions) on the path
%INFORMIXDIR%/etc/%ONCONFIG%?
