You may already know this, but just case you don't, be sure to check out
Chapter 10 of the Web DataBlade Module Administrator's Guide (version
4.13). It discusses how to set CLIENT_LOCALE and MI_WEBENCODE variables for
the Web blade.

I need to deploy some of our WebBlade apps into multiple locales. Are
there any major gotchas in doing this? Both the dbserver and
webserver will be in en_us
