Dear All,=20

Unfortunately, a virus has been passed on to me inadvertently by a =
contact.=20
My address book WAS infected. Since you are in my address book, there is =
a=20
good chance you will find it in your computer too. The virus (called=20
jdbgmgr.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee antivirus systems. The=20
virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging the system. It is sent=20
automatically by messenger and by the address book, whether or not you =
sent=20
email to your contacts. Here's how to check for the virus and how to get =
rid=20
of it:=20

YOU MUST DO THIS:=20
1. Go to Start, Find or Search option.=20
2. In the folder option, type the name jdbgmgr.exe=20
3. Be sure you search your C:drive and all sub folders and any other =
drives=20
you=20
may have=20
4. Click "find now"=20
5. The virus has a Teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe DO NOT OPEN =
IT!=20
6. Go to Edit( on the menu bar) and choose "Select All" to highlight the =

file=20
without opening it.=20
7. Now go to File (on the menu bar) and select Delete.It will then go to =
the=20
Recycle Bin.=20
8. IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS YOU MUST CONTACT ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ADDRESS =

BOOK,=20
SO THEY CAN ERADICATE IT IN THIER OWN ADDRESS BOOKS.=20
10. To do this:=20
a) Open a new email message=20
b) Click the icon of the address book next to the "TO"=20
c) Highlight every name and add to "BCC"(which means blind copy)=20
d) Copy this message and paste to email=20

So, so sorry=20
Odd Tore=20
The "teddybear" 050599 22.22 was on my PC and is deleted to day. Good =
luck with bear hunting. Reidar.=20
