Update Report by Month

I have a problem with the report by month I have been working on. For some reason I can't get the paid by credit card to work properly. It seems to print whenever and wherever it wants, but the Paid by check and the bill later work fine. I will post my report code (you can laugh if you want, I even think it is humorous. Any help would be appreciated.
