SE on AIX 4.3.3

We are attempting to upgrade AIX 3.2.5 to AIX 4.3.3 using SE. We are
experiencing a problem creating files.


Everything runs ok with these permissions in AIX 3.2.5.
-rwxr-xr-x 1 informix informix 1049386 Dec 28 1995 fglgo

However, to run fglgo, other than as root or informix, in AIX 4.3.3 we have
to use the following permissions:
-rwsr-sr-x 1 informix informix 1049386 Dec 13 2002 fglgo

This is ok until you try to create a file. On the 3.2.5 system the file is
created with $LOGNAME as owner. On the 4.3.3 system the owner is informix.
This is a show stopper because the user who created the file doesn't own it.

Is there any way around this?
A. Someway to execute fglgo with the -rwxr-xr-x permissions in AIX 4.3.3
OR
B. Create files with $LOGNAME as the owner.

fglgo -v gives the following reponse:
