Single Processor / Multi Processor

Hi All,

I have a machine with following configuration.

2 - Physical CPUs

4 - (L)CPUs currently

4 - (L)CPUs configured

1900 - MHz CPU clock rate

PowerPC_POWER5 - Processor

64 bit - Hardware

32 bit - Kernel

Memory - 4 GB

Dynamic - Logical Partition

5.3.0.40 ML04 - AIX Kernel Version
But parameters in ONCONFIG for my IDS are set as:
MULTIPROCESSOR 0 # 0 for single-processor, 1 for multi-processor
NUMCPUVPS 1 # Number of user (cpu) vps
SINGLE_CPU_VP 0 # If non-zero, limit number of cpu vps to one
I have a doubt that these parameters should be MULTIPROCESSOR=1, NUMCPUVPS=(n-1)=(4-1)=3 and SINGLE_CPU_VP=3
