Hi KSwong

A)I will suggest you to rerun the ontape, and see whether the error
re-occurs.

B)what I observe from output you proved to me !!

there is error in online.log shows
18:52:39 I/O read chunk 7, pagenum 903856, pagecnt 256 --> errno = 5

that means
there is problem is chunk number 7
which output onstat -d is show that to me
c5df1958 7 5 0 1000000 3 PO-
/informix/datdbs/datdbs1


You have run following command

1) nohup oncheck -cID for all tables (if you donot have select tabname from
systables)

output will be created on nohup.out

2) oncheck -ce
output need

3) oncheck -cr
output need


then I will suggest you to do something !!
