Probably; my 7.31 IDS instance is running on Solaris 10 without
problem - though I don't use it often.

It depends on what sub-version of 7.3 you are using.

You are aware that IDS 7.31 goes out of support at the end of
September 2009, aren't you? You do need to upgrade, really.
