Request Password Reset
This page allows you to request to have your login password to the 2012 IIUG Conference Web site reset if you have forgotten it. If you simply want to change your password that you still remember, it is much easier to Log In and select the password change function. You may reset your login password by using the following three-step process:
- Request a password reset by entering the e-mail address that you are using as your Login-ID on this form and click the Submit button.
- If that e-mail address has been entered as a login-ID on this site, we will send an e-mail message to that address that contains the Web address (URL) of a page on this site where you can return to complete the password reset process.
- To complete the process, click on the URL listed in the e-mail message you receive or paste it into your browser's Web address field to visit the page. The URL will contain a security key that will be needed when you visit the page. You will be allowed to select a new password at that time.
