2009 IIUG Informix Conference

Conference Registration

Registration includes a full conference pass from April 27 - 29 (Monday - Wednesday) including continental breakfast and lunch each day, the Sunday evening reception and admittance to the Conference party on Monday evening April 27 and Tuesday April 28. The event will officially start on Sunday evening April 26 with a welcome reception in the exhibit hall and conclude on Wednesday April 29 at approximately 5PM.

Optional pre-conference tutorials are available for Sunday April 26, 2009. The tutorials cost $150 for one half-day session or $250 for full-day sessions. Tutorials can be pre-paid at registration or added later, subject to availability. Registrants will be notified when tutorial titles are available and tutorial selections can then be made online.

The official conference hotel is the Marriott Overland Park. We have blocked rooms at a special conference rate of $149 per night ($99 for Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, 2009) and you may register for a hotel room once you have paid for the conference directly on the Marriott Overland Park web page with our special conference code from Marriott or you may contact the hotel directly at 1-913-451-8000. Be sure to tell them you are with the IIUG (Group Code: INFINFA) to get the special conference rates.

Changes or Cancellation

Registration and tutorial fees are fully refundable less a $50.00 processing fee through April 1, 2009.
Registration and tutorial fees are non-refundable after April 1, 2009.
Additional tutorials may be added and tutorial selections changed after registration.

Payment and Confirmation

Conference payment is by credit card or PayPal account only. After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your payment and a separate confirmation email with the details of your registration.
